AssureSign

AssureSign (now Nintex AssureSign) is a company that produces electronic signature software for computers. Their software can be used a Software as a service (SaaS) application or installed on customer premises. Documents are signed using a computer that has an Internet connection.[1]

Software[edit]

The electronic signature software uses biometric, handwritten, and mouse-based signatures.[2] These can be integrated with existing environments.[3] AssureSign has also been integrated with other third-party applications.[4]

The electronic signature technology was developed in 2006 by Third Party Verification, Inc. (3PV).[5] AssureSign LLC was formed as a separate company in 2008 by David Brinkman and Dale Combs.[6] From 2009 to 2011, AssureSign and 3PV were included in the Orlando Sentinel's list of Top 100 Companies for Working Families.[7][8][9][10]

In July 2021, AssureSign was purchased by Nintex.[11]
