Why I created this group[edit]

The reason why I created this group was simple: there are dozens of articles about PHP-based software & some of them were orphan articles; I wanted to bring all the PHP apps under one umbrella. Cwolfsheep 23:15, 14 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

A good idea but I think its current name, PHP programming language, is inappropriate. Better rename it to something like PHP-based Web applications. --Goa103 10:48, 3 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm gonna move it now. For the sake of uniformity with other categories in Category:Software by programming language I'm moving to "PHP software‎", though.--Frysch (talk) 19:12, 21 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
