Amanda Spann (born January 16, 1987) is an American entrepreneur, innovator, and technologists. She is an innovator that has created many apps such as CultureCrush, DubbleTap, and many more. Sho aims to create products and programs to help entrepreneurs, institutions and enterprises build startups as well as ecosystems around them.

Amanda Spann is a Ghanaian born, Chicago-based marketing consultant & app entrepreneur, tech startup advisor, and diversity advocate. She is the founder and CEO of Spann & Company, a technology and marketing consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Spann grew up in Columbus, Georgia and attended Auburn University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. After college, she worked in marketing and advertising at various firms before starting her own business.

Founded in 2011, Spann & Company has grown into a successful technology and marketing consulting firm that works with a range of clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Amanda is also an advisor to several startups, providing mentorship and guidance on topics such as fundraising, marketing, and product development.

Spann is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the technology industry. She founded Colorcoded, a nonprofit organization that provides resources and support to underrepresented founders in the tech industry. She is also a member of several organizations that promote diversity and inclusion, including the National Black MBA Association and Women in Technology International.

Spann has been recognized for her contributions to the tech industry and her advocacy for diversity and inclusion. In 2017, she was named one of the "Top 25 Innovators of the Year" by the Atlanta Tribune. Her expertise has been featured in several publications, including Forbes, Black Enterprise, and Huffington Post.

She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She enjoys traveling, hiking, practicing yoga, and exploring new cultures and cuisines.
