Hyderabad: A multidisciplinary team of care givers from Continental Hospitals, Gachibowli, conducted a bypass surgery and a stage three colon cancer surgery simultaneously to save a 58-year-old patient Subhan Ali[6], a sarpanch from Ayyalur, Kurnool, a press release from the hospital stated.
Ali was admitted to the hospital with breathing difficulty and sudden loss of consciousness and tests revealed that he had critical blockages of heart blood vessels that affected his heart function. Later, more tests revealed Ali’s colon cancer.
