Monster Loving Maniacs (often abbreviated to 'MLM') is an animated television series co-produced by Ja Film, Ginger Pictures, Belvision, and Mondo TV.[4] The show is being distributed by Toon2Tango and Mondo TV.

- Edith Van Alten, 13 years old, is the oldest sibling of the main trio. She loves vampires and goth fashion/architecture.
- Ernest Van Alten, 10 years old, is the middle child. He loves werewolves and passionately cares for the safety of monsters.
- Bo Van Alten, 5 years old, is the youngest sibling. She's chaotic and spunky and loves to cause trouble.
- Arthur Van Alten is the kid's maternal grandfather and monster hunting teacher. He has mild narcolepsy and was trained in monster hunting in Romania by his Aunt Elizabetha Van Alten.
- Randall is Arthur's butler.
- Phil is Arthur's pet talking cat.

- Diane Van Alten is Arthur's daughter and the mother of Edith, Ernest and Bo. She and her husband (currently unnamed) are wildlife experts.
- Meng Bao is a giant panda that lives and travels with Diane and her husband.
- Ishaani Anderson is the Van Alten's next-door-neighbor. She's friends with Ernest.
- Mrs. Anderson is Ishaani's mom.
- Captain is a ship captain that occasionally spends time with Arthur. He's afraid of sharks.
