Қазақша (кирил): Мырзаш Алдиярұлы (1824-1888) осы кісі. Зайсанның тумасы, найманның төртуыл руынан шыққан атақты батыр. Қалмақтардың талай соққысынан қазақты аман алып қалған. Барымташылар айдап әкеткен талай малды қарсыласып жүріп қайтарып әкелген.
Қытайдың, әсіресе көрші Жоңғария жерінің географиясын өте жетік білген. Мырзаш 1877 ж. Орталық Азияны зерттеуге шыққан орыс саяхатшысы Н.М. Пржевальский 2-экспедициясының жолбасшысы болып, оны Құлжадан Гаченге дейін, ал 1879 ж. оның 3-экспедициясын Зайсаннан Орталық Азиядағы Гашун-Нор көліне дейін бастап апарды. Осы экспедицияларды Азияның асқар таулары мен құлазыған шөлдерінен, орыс саяхатшыларына наразылық көрсетіп отырған жергілікті халықтың арасынан аман өткізіп, көп көмегін тигізді.
