中文（繁體）：本建築興建於大正9年（1920），坐落苓雅寮臨港地帶，向西、南眺望可盡收海港一望無際的迷人景致；而豪華精美的建築風格象徵著陳家事業之昌盛，內部空間則是「九宮格」型式，隱含主人翁對於家族成員生活空間倫理的苦心安排。係日治時期高雄地區重要洋樓，現做為展覽館使用，並由陳氏家族成立財團法人陳中和翁慈善基金會維護與管理，保存相當完整。
English: Built in 1920, the building was one of the important Western-style architectures in the Kaohsiung area during the Japanese Occupation period, and now is transformed into an exhibition hall under the charge of Chen Jhong-He Charity Foundation established by the Chen Family. The building has remained sound so far. |
