Ball-and-stick model of a 1,3-oxaphosphetane molecule, C2H5OP. The molecular geometry is inspired by the crystal structure of 4-methyl-2-(triphenylmethyl)-1,2-oxaphosphetane reported in Chem. Commun. (2018) 54, 7123-7126 (CSD Entry: LIGREB).
