Description
English: CELEBES SEA (JULY 7, 2012) BRP Miguel Malvar (PS 19) steams alongside the national security cutter USCGC Waesche (WMSL 751) during a replenishment at sea approach (RASAP) training event. This event is part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2012 Philippines. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.
