Description
Deutsch: ASPEC 91 (Adaptive Spectral Perceptual Coding, aus dem Jahr 1991) vom Fraunhofer Institut Erlangen, unten Encoder und oben Decoder. Dies ist das erste von insgesamt 33 Paaren, die man gebaut hat. Gerät für die kommerzielle Anwendung des späteren MP3-Verfahrens. Ausstellungsstück im Deutschen Museum Bonn.
