Summary

Description
English: A prediction of how TMEM255A is located in the nuclear membrane in eukaryotic cells. The yellow boxes represent transmembrane domains (TMD), and the numbers reflect the amino acids the TMDs span. Orange boxes represent glycosylation, and the “P” represents phosphorylation sites. The Cs on the extracellular region between TMD3-4 represent cysteines that are predicted to form disulfide bonds.
