Summary

Description The historic 511 Federal Building, in Portland, Oregon, shortly after its 2014 renovation and repurposing as the main campus of the Pacific Northwest College of Art. The building is now named the Arlene and Harold Schnitzer Center for Art and Design. Located at 511 NW Broadway, it was constructed in 1916–18 as a U.S. post office. In 1979, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
