Description
Deutsch: Triebwagen BDe 4/4 47 der Appenzeller Bahnen im Sturmeinsatz als Alleinfahrer in Appenzell. Reisende von und nach Wasserauen mussten in Appenzell umsteigen. Nachdem ein Steuer- (15t schwer) und ein Zwischenwagen (18t) von den Laseyer-Fallwinden in Wasserauen aus den Schienen gehoben wurden, wurde bei Sturmwarnung nur noch mit den alleinfahrenden Triebwagen 46 oder 47 von 1968 gefahren, deren Eigengewicht von 43t den Sturmwinden mehr Widerstand leisten konnte. Die Triebwagen 41 bis 45 waren für diesen Einsatz nicht geeignet, da sie nur einen Führerstand aufwiesen. Nach dem Rückzug der beiden Triebwagen 46 und 47 aus dem Personenverkehr werden Reisende von/nach Wasserauen bei Sturmwind auf der Strasse befördert.
