Summary

Description
English: Memorial stone at the Alamo in San Antonio, Texas.
Carved by Prof. Shigetaka Juko Shiga, Tokyo, and presented to the Alamo in September 1914. It is a poem written in classical Chinese entitled "To the Memory of the Heroes of the Alamo" that compares the Battle of the Alamo in 1836 to the siege of Nagashino Castle in 1575.
