Description U.S. Border Patrol BORSTAR divers Carl Newmayer surveys the bridge of sunken ship "Black Bart" off the coast of Panama City, Fla., May 26, 2016. The "Black Bart," a 185 foot oilfield supply vessel, was sunken as an artificial reef in 1993 and rests upright at a depth of 85 feet and is a common site for recreational divers and dive training exercises.
