• The image does not replace the original market role of the Baby Gender Mentor.
• The image is low resolution.
• The image has previously been published.
• The image meets general Wikipedia content requirements.
• The material contributes significantly to the article by identifying the subject of the article.
• The product may have been discontinued so it does not seem possible to even buy the product to take a free photo.. One source (cited in the article) says that the exclusive reseller has stopped carrying the product and in fact that reseller (Pregnancy.com) no longer lists it on their website. A second source (cited in the article) says that the product has been completely discontinued. The manufacturer (Acu-gen) does still show the product as being available for sale. However, User:Johntex has twice tried to buy the product (once in late 2006 and once in April 2007) and both times was told the product was "out of stock". Johntex\^talk 22:59, 14 May 2007 (UTC)
