English: A bowl of northern Vietnamese-style en:bánh đúc called bánh đúc thịt (bánh đúc with meat). It is made from bánh đúc, a type of soft dumpling made from en:rice flour, and ground pork. The yellowish liquid is en:fish sauce that is used to flavor the pork, and the dish is garnished with a sprig of mint. This dish is served as a variety of quà vặt, or snack, and is best served hot, in the late afternoon.
