Deutsch: Beschreibung des Banners: "Die Flagge (das Banner) der Gemeinde zeigt die Farben gelb-schwarz im Verhältnis 1:1. Es wird auch mit dem Wappen oberhalb der Mitte des Tuches geführt." Der Stadt Jülich ist ferner das Recht zur Führung einer Flagge verliehen worden.
