Description
English: Photograph of Basic Fuchsine pieces, C.I. 42500, metallic green lumps, lying on a sheet of A4 office paper with ballpoint pen for relative reference. Known formula, (H2NC6H4)3CCl. Two stains from streaks of dyestuff remaining on paper by wetting with one drop of ethanol, (centre) and one drop of water, (right).
