His shoulders are slightly turned to the left. He wears an open jacket, vest and what appears to be a bowtie. He is balding at the top of his head, and is clean-shaven. According to the picture file card, Wilson was the grandfather of United States General George S. Patton.

The copyright situation of this work is theoretically uncertain, because in the country of origin copyright lasts 70 years after the death of the author, and the date of the author's death is unknown.
