Summary

Description Special guest Bill Tebeau is a retired ODOT engineer and the first African-American to graduate from Oregon State University with a degree in engineering. Tebeau graduated with a degree in chemical engineering, and then through self-study, became a registered Professional Engineer in civil engineering.
