If it was just the cosplay photo alone (Which are available on the web but under normal copyright, non-CC terms) there may be a chance that it could be free, though rules for cosplay outfits are iffy, and in particularly with Moleva in Irrational Games hire, it is unlikely that she will be in that outfit in public events where free photos can be taken). The comparison shot to in-game Elizabeth cannot be replaced by a free image. The fact that Irrational published this montage themselves keeps this to only one non-free use. |
