Description Saint-Gilles. Avenue Paul-Henri Spaak Midi Tower. Arch. Group of architects and engineers, headed by Yvan Blomme ; Jean-François Petit assisted by Jean Hendrickx were the successors after his death. The architects were René Aerts, Paul Ramon, Adrien Bressers, A. Van Acker, Marcel Lambrichs and Jean Van Doosselaere. Engineering is the work of the design office A. Lipski. 1962-67 and renovated in 1996. View from Brussels courthouse.
