Summary

Description
English: Participants can enjoy winter swimming under freezing weather in minus celsius conditions, just like a polar bear. The contest gives a participant an extraordinary memory by fighting against the fierce winter sea, while also providing a good opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the winter sea in Busan. The event is a representative winter festival in Busan and is held every January at Haeundae beach.
