This image came from a Washington state history site named HistoryLink.^[1] HistoryLink is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and has been using this image under fair use guidelines stating, "Please note that images on HistoryLink.org are posted at low resolution sufficient to illustrate its files and to protect the rights of the owners." under their Fair Use and Copyright Policies section.^[2] This establishes a precedent for using this image under fair use law.
