English: Clough House, Halifax Road, Hightown, Liversedge This was the home to which the Rev, Patrick Brontë brought his bride Maria Branwell after their marriage on 29th December 1812, and it was here that their two eldest children, Maria and Elizabeth, were born (transcribed from the plaque over the door, see other photograph).
