Arms — Paleways of two pieces, azure and gules; a chief argent studded with three golden stars equidistant from each other; over all the arms of Manila, per fess gules and argent, in chief the castle of Spain or, doors and windows argent, in base a sea lion or, langued and armed gules, in dexter paw a sword hilted or.

Crest — The American eagle displayed proper. Beneath, a scroll with the words 'Commonwealth of the Philippines' inscribed thereon.
