English: Annotated conceptual alignment of human CXorf65 (NM_001025265.3) translated using Bioline’s Six-Frame Translation tool. mRNA sequence obtained from NCBI. Predicted phosphorylation and acetylation sites identified by PhosphositePlus. Predicted bipartite nuclearization signal provided by PSORTII. Predicted secondary structure provided by Alphafold: jagged lines = beta-sheet, weaved lines = alpha-helix. Pink region corresponds to putative Il2rg (interleukin 2 receptor gamma chain) domain. Bolded amino acids are highly conserved amongst orthologs. Ex# = exon boundary.
