Description
English: Concrete silhouette by Frank Gallo contemplates Boneyard in Scott Park. The concrete silhouettes were said to be Gallo's family, one of which was his daughter kneeling by the stream. They were said to be in poor condition and were disposed of by the park district in 2009.[1]

Apparently public domain: Published in 1976 in the United States and has no apparent copyright notice. The sculpture shown is part of the Boneyard Creek Sculpture series, created by Frank Gallo (born 1933), and dedicated on October 17, 1976, according to http://collections.si.edu/search/results.jsp?q=record_ID:siris_ari_309237 (control group IAS IL000018); the first photograph on that web page appears to show this sculpture on the left.
