Left to right - colliery office, cooling towers, chimney (from the boilers which produced the steam for the electric generating plant), poppet head, screen buildings (where the coal came up and was processed). This image was scanned from one in Jim Comerford's collection of photographs of Richmond Main Colliery, c.1915 - c.1975. [38 prints and 41 negatives.] This archive is held in <a href="http://www.newcastle.edu.au/service/archives/" rel="noreferrer nofollow">Cultural Collections</a> at the University of Newcastle, NSW, Australia.
