Description
English: The facades of the courtyard of the Doge's Palace were built during the Dogat of Marco Barbarigo and Agostino Barbarigo, that is to say between 1485 and 1501: the dating is so precise that there is the coat of arms of the Doges who reigned then on either side of the lion of St. Mark above the giant staircase. The facade is characterized by a Renaissance-style marble decoration, designed by the architect Antonio Rizzo.
Français : Les façades de la cour du palais des doges ont été construites pendant le Dogat de Marco Barbarigo et Agostino Barbarigo , c'est-à-dire entre 1485 et 1501 : la datation est si précise qu'il y a les armoiries des Doges qui régnaient alors de part et d’autre du lion de st Marc au-dessus de l’escalier des géant. Le façade se caractérise par une décoration en marbre de style Renaissance, conçue par le l'architecte Antonio Rizzo.
Italiano: Le facciate del cortile del Palazzo Ducale furono costruite durante il Dogato di Marco Barbarigo e Agostino Barbarigo, vale a dire tra il 1485 e il 1501: la datazione è così precisa che c'è lo stemma dei Dogi che regnò poi su entrambi i lati del leone di San Marco sopra la Scala dei Giganti. La facciata è caratterizzata da una decorazione in marmo in stile rinascimentale, progettata dall'architetto Antonio Rizzo.
