Summary

Description
English: The "claim to fame" of Charlse Moskos was that he coined the phrase "Don't ask, don't tell." He was residing in Los Angeles at the time, and claimed coinage in March 1993. Graham's letter of 21 December 1992 includes the specific phrase "Ask me no questions, I'll tell no lies." Clearly, Moskos took the phrase from Graham's letter. Graham was a US Navy personnel manager who was honorably discharged for stating he was a homosexual. Graham is the author of Military Secret, Monument, TX, 1993, ISBN 0-930383-41-9.
