Wybudowany w 1919-20 wówczas adm. we wsi Dalki, obecnie osiedle Gniezna. Po II wojnie budynek przejęty przez państwo gdzie utworzono szpital zakaźny, a później internat szkoły pielęgniarskiej. Do prawowitych właścicieli wrócił w 1993 roku. Obecnie siedziba Towarzystwa Czytelni Ludowych. Wraz z parkiem wpisany do rej. zabytków ( nr rej.: 2655/A z 30.12.1998 - park, nr rej.: j.w
