Nederlands: De tekenzaal van de Maatschappij Felix Meritis te Amsterdam, met portretten van kunstenaars, verzamelaars van schilder- en tekenkunst en enkele kunstmakelaars. Er wordt getekend naar het naaktmodel. Aanwezig zijn de kunstenaars, van links naar rechts: Pieter van Winter N. Szn, Josephus Augustinus Brentano, Jacobus Lauwers (gezeten aan een ezel), Pieter de Smeth van Alphen, Gerrit Muller, een onbekende, Daniël Dupré, Jacques Kuyper, Adriaan de Lelie (zittend met hoed), Lambertus Antonius Claessens en boven hem, rechts van het model, Philippus van der Schley, Jan IJver, Jan Hulswit, Dirk Versteegh (met uitgestoken arm), Pieter Fouquet Jr., Hermanus Fock, H.
