Description
English: Sailors aboard USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) man the rails as the aircraft carrier arrives at its new homeport of San Diego, Calif., on July 23, 2004. The Ronald Reagan is the Navy's newest and most technologically advanced aircraft carrier and is completing a two-month transit from Norfolk, Va., to her homeport in San Diego, Calif. The ship was commissioned in July 2003.
