English: SR 58'6" Devon Belle Pullman Observation Car No.13 (later No.M280M) was built at the Pullman's Preston Park Works, Brighton 1947 on the frames of a former LNWR Ambulance Car built in 1918 at Wolverton, which had been converted into a Pullman Car in 1921 and then to a Bar Car in 1937 before being rebodied to the Observation Car. Pictured at Kingswear, South Devon Railway, 05/92. No.13 and sister No.14 were built for the Waterloo - Ilfracombe/Plymouth "Devon Belle" Pullman service.
