Description
English: Diana of the Chase (1922) by Anna Hyatt Huntington (American, 1876–1973) was a gift to the museum by the artist and her husband Archer Huntington in 1941 in honor of the museum’s tenth anniversary. Huntington was well known for her bronze sculptures of animal and human figures. The eight-foot tall bronze sculpture of the goddess Diana is positioned in the museum’s rotunda overlooking City Park Lake.
