Summary

Description
English: Pic taken, basically, halfway between File:EC-EarlSt 02.jpg and File:EC-EarlSt 05.jpg with one, and probably only one, noteworthy feature: You can see, to the right of the telecom/fire station/whatever building on the right (cf. here, e.g..), the Eau Claire Area School District headquarters, the source, of course, of all perfidy. In the lower right, you can see the railing for the beginning of the top end of the Earl St. staircase.
