Summary

Description I was lucky enough to get a ticket for Day 2 of this momentous test. I do a quiznight at my then local town of Newbury organized by a man whose brother is scorer for Warwickshire. As we were having lunch on day 2 the brother joined us and asked my friend if he knew anyone who would like a ticket for day 3. I kept quiet and looked at the floor before my friend asked if I would like it. I accepted. This ticket was for a guest of the ECB so lunch next day I joined the English players WAGS and families and sat with the whole travelling Australian entourage in the Ryder Stand. It is fair to say I thoroughly enjoyed myself as well as witnessing two of the greatest deliveries in Ashes history; both the last ball of the day. I also witnessed Flintoff hit this ball for 6. Not a bad picture using a Canon G3 stills camera I thought.
