Description
English: U.S. Air Force McDonnell Douglas F-4D Phantom II fighters of the s of the 22nd & 53rd Tactical Fighter Squadrons, 36th Tactical Fighter Wing, based at Bitburg air base, Germany, in 1972. The first and last F-4D do not have the typical IR-seeker under the radome. Note the sand colour added to the camouflage of three planes.
