Флаг муниципального района „Горный улус“ Республики Саха (Якутия) представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище состоящее из четырёх разновидных вертикальных полос (красного, синего, зелёного и белого цвета). Соотношение ширины полос к длине: красный, синий, зелёный по 20 см, белый 70 см. Длина флага 130 см, ширина 90 см
