«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры герба Комаричского городского поселения, выполненные зелёным, красным, чёрным, жёлтым и белым цветом».

Описание герба: «В зелёном поле между включенными червлёными узкими краями, каждый из которых обременёнными тремя крепёжными костылями с обращёнными внутрь щита головками, справа серебряным между двумя золотыми, слева наоборот — древнерусский воин в серебряных шлеме и доспехах, червлёных рукавицах и сапогах, с чёрным поясом с золотой пряжкой и золотым ножом в подвешенных ножнах, и в такой же рубахе и чёрных штанах, опирающийся правой рукой на бердыш с серебряным лезвием и золотым древком».
