«Флаг муниципального образования сельское поселение „Село Спас-Загорье“ представляет собой прямоугольное с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на всю поверхность которого распространена композиция из герба муниципального образования с заменой геральдических серебра, золота, лазури и червления соответственно белым, жёлтым, голубым и красным цветами».

Описание герба: «В лазоревом поле на золотом холме, обременённом узким волнистым поясом в цвет поля, стоит на одной лапе серебряная птица Алконост настороже с золотыми волосами, увенчанная княжеской шапкой (с червлёной подкладкой) и держащая в другой лапе золотой безант, а в устах золотую стрелу; в левом углу щита — золотой лилиевидный крест с сиянием, исходящим из перекрестья в четырёх направлениях».
