Summary

Description
English: Flooding at Washington Harbour, an office, retail, and luxury residential complex on the waterfront in the Georgetown neighborhood in Washington, D.C., in the United States. Notice the floodgates (light brown wall, right), which were raised to prevent the flood waters -- which have overflowed the boardwalk and a part of the plaza -- from reaching the stores and fountain in the main part of the complex.
