Fair use magazine cover on Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law[edit]

• This is the cover of the first issue of the Fordham JCFL after it was renamed from FSTF.
• As a periodical publication, magazine cover fair use is the most appropriate rationale.
• Since the subject of the article is a publication, an image of its cover is the only practicable illustration.
• As is the convention with law reviews, the table of contents appears on the cover; this is not an inside contents page.
• The resolution is minimum necessary to read the significant text on the cover.
