English: Very unpleasant Weather, or The old saying verified "Raining Cats, Dogs & Pitchforks"!!! An etching by George Cruikshank. Shown is a busy street full of people being bombarded by cats, dogs, and pitchforks falling from the sky. In the background a street vendor with a wheelbarrow is crying out "Cats' meat, dogs' meat!"
