Description
English: Gloria Mansions I, a luxury residential complex at 63, Promenade des Anglais, in Nice, France. Pioneering sexologist and homosexual rights advocate Dr. Magnus Hirschfeld, living in exile after the Nazi accession to power in Germany, moved into an apartment in the building in March 1935 and died there less than three months later on May 14, 1935.
