Summary

Description Haitian children gather Oct. 15 for the inauguration of the newly constructed schools at Mandarin and Ecole Pont, both located within the Artibonite Department of Haiti in or near the City of Gonaives, as part of U.S. Southern Command's Humanitarian Assistance Program in Haiti.
