Description

Hands-On Electronics, November 1978, Volume 5 Number 11. Gernsback Publications Inc. Publisher: Larry Steckler, Editor: Julian S. Martin. Radio-Electronics started a quarterly Special Projects magazine in 1980. After 10 issues it was renamed Hands-On Electronics in the summer of 1984. In June 1988 Ziff Davis sold the title of their defunct Popular Electronics magazine back to Gernsback Publications. The Popular Electronics logo appeared on cover starting in the November 1988 issue. The magazine became Popular Electronics in February 1989.
