This uncredited photograph of Harold Berson appeared in the children's periodical Something About the Author, Volume 4 published by Gale Research, Inc. in 1973 on page 27 with a short biography and profile of children's author and illustrator Harold Berson. Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws, and the stricter requirements of Wikipedia's non-free content policies, because:

1. It is a biographical photo meant to provide visual identification of a specific individual
2. The individual concerned is deceased
3. There is no free equivalent photograph of author/illustrator Harold Berson
